VNIR501- VNIRTM Green (equivalent of SyBr® Green)
VNIRTM Green is a fluorescent dye used in highly sensitive dsDNA staining and detection. This dye is an equivalent of SYBR® Green I. VNIRTM Green can be used in real-time PCR, RT-PCR, and host cell DNA quantification in biotherapeutic products. The dye can used be with unlabelled primers for amplification and detection of DNA/RNA with minimal fluorescence background.
