VNIRTM Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS Ester
Description
VNIRTM Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS Ester is a sulfonated and highly water soluble analog of Cyanine3 NHS ester. This is a yellow emitting fluorescence dye used for amino-group labelling in proteins, peptides, antibodies, oligonucleotides/DNA and any amine containing molecules. This dye can be used without any organic co-solvent and particurlarly useful for biomolecules which degrade in the presence of organic co-solvent and for protein with low solubility.
