VNIRTM Sulfo-Cyanine5 NHS Ester
Description
VNIRTM Sulfo-Cyanine5 NHS ester is a sulfonated and highly water soluble analog of Cyanine5 NHS ester. This is a red emitting fluorescent dye used for the amino-group labelling in proteins, peptides, antibodies, oligonucleotides/DNA and any amine containing molecules. This dye can be used without any organic co-solvent and particurlarly useful for biomolecules which degrade in the presence of organic co-solvent and for protein with low solubility.
