9-(2,2-Dicyanovinyl) julolidine
All Products Fluorescent Dyes VNIR 509
Description
9-(2,2-Dicyanovinyl)julolidine is a fluorescent molecular rotor, whose fluorescent properties depend on the viscocity of the solvent and the free rotation of the molecule. The quantum yield increases by the decreasing free rotation of the molecule. This dye is used for various applications including binding of proteins, the study of tubulin and microtubules, the study of beta-amyloid fibrils formation, etc.
